If you’ve been following LinkedIn posts, several Meta Ads accounts were blocked for excessive (API) calls from 3P tools such as Claude code. The timing also fits with Meta’s acquisition of Manus AI and its integration into Meta Ads.
Meta Ads Library has been a handy tool to gather competitor intelligence about current focus of ads (along with creative, hooks, cta). https://www.facebook.com/ads/library. Knowing how deep Manus will be integrated inside Meta Ads, decided to give Manus AI a spin and find out how it tackles a prompt around Meta Ads Library.
Prompt in Manus:
Go to the Meta Ad Library, search for these brands in the UAE, and analyze their top 5 active ads. Create a detailed table comparing their hooks, CTAs, and creative formats
Brands: Keeta, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem Food, and Noon Food
Note: Claude and Gemini failed to call Meta Ads library. I then tried Gemini’s Deep Research option hoping that it would be able to go through actual ads and create a report, but it also failed.
A nice visual feature in Manus is viewing the browser as the agent. In this case, going through Meta Ads Library.
Nice feature in Manus AI.

Ad count report:
Careem Food had the lowest ad count. I suspect it’s due to Careem superapp being used to get food related bookings than relying purely on Careem Food app.

The result shows 520 active ads for Noon Food as some 3P sites with the matching keywords popped up for it.
You can instead search for Noon UAE in the Meta Ads Library, this should bring up the parameter: ‘view_all_page_id` with the business page ID for Noon AE 112157461496924
You could include this in your initial prompt to Manus. The tradeoff is that it will now start going through non-food related ads from Noon AE page.
However, using the exact Meta Ads Library link for the rest in your Manus prompt along with additional filters such as from/to dates should help improve the report.

Note: The from/to date filters only appear when you search by the keyword and NOT when plugging the page ID
Manus AI revealed distinct strategies among the top five delivery players: Market Leader (Volume): Noon Food dominates with 520+ active ads, focusing on event-based marketing like the 'Big Food Fest.' Market Entry Strategy: Keeta utilizes the 'Install Now' CTA in ~80% of its creative, prioritizing user acquisition over immediate orders. Strategic Pivot: Deliveroo has shifted its focus toward grocery delivery ('All Your Grocery Needs Delivered') to capture the high-income expat demographic.
Helps you understand where each player is in the market. Keeta, being the newest entrant in the UAE market, has ~80% of its ads with the ‘Install Now’ CTA while others are focusing on ‘Order Now’ as they’d have a much higher existing customer base.
Is an excellent side-by-side comparison of all brands, with the key summary from each section compiled here for review.

also indicates how current ads are a reflection of the market.
With the ongoing regional war, it could be showing directional data. Example: Deliveroo’s push for more grocery delivery apps than ordering from restaurants.
Deliveroo Pivots to Grocery Delivery
Deliveroo's most-run ads focus on grocery delivery ('All Your Grocery Needs Delivered'), signaling a strategic push into the grocery vertical. The 'Sit back, relax' hook is lifestyle-oriented and low-urgency, targeting higher-income expats who value convenience over price.
Ultimately, using Manus AI wasn't just about getting a summary. It was about executing a complete data workflow.
By directing Manus AI to navigate the live Meta Ads Library, we bypassed hours of manual labor.
